  • Ongoing HR Support for Growing SMEs (10–50 employees)

    €1,500 per month (excl. VAT)

    Ongoing HR support for businesses without in-house HR who want issues handled early and properly.

    This service is designed to provide reassurance, access, and oversight, so people decisions don’t quietly turn into formal problems.

    What this includes

    • Ongoing HR advice and decision support

    • Guidance for managers on performance, conduct and attendance

    • Review of people decisions before they are implemented

    • HR compliance oversight (contracts, policies and records)

    • Early-stage issue handling to prevent escalation

    • Priority access when people issues arise

    This service is based on ongoing support. Formal investigations, redundancies and complex casework are scoped separately on a fixed-fee basis.

    Ongoing HR Advice – Light Touch

    €950 per month (excl. VAT)

    A lighter level of ongoing HR support for smaller or more stable teams.

    Suitable where HR needs are occasional but access to experienced advice is still important.

    What this includes

    • Advisory HR support as issues arise

    • Compliance guidance

    • Manager support on day-to-day people matters

    This option works best where issues are occasional rather than ongoing or complex

    Embedded HR Support– HR Partnering

    €2,400 per month (excl. VAT)

    Ongoing HR leadership and support for businesses where people decisions are frequent, sensitive, or central to growth.

    This service is suited to organisations that want an experienced HR partner involved on an ongoing basis.

    What this includes

    • All elements of HR Cover

    • Regular strategic HR input

    • Ongoing engagement with the owner or leadership team

    • Manager coaching and guidance

    • Oversight of employee relations issues from early stage

    • Support shaping people policies as the business evolves

    Formal investigations, redundancy processes and major projects are scoped separately on a fixed-fee basis.

  • For open-ended, complex or specialist assignments where a fixed scope isn’t suitable.

    • Day rate: €950 (excluding VAT)

    • Hourly rate: €125 (excluding VAT)

    This option is typically used for unique projects, specialist advisory work, or short-term support.

  • Please note that all prices listed below are exclusive of VAT.

    • Workplace investigations — from €1,500

    • Disciplinary hearings — from €1,000

    • Redundancy process (per round) — from €2,000

    • Performance management design and support — €1,200

    • Bespoke employee handbook — €850

    • Bespoke employment contract — €250

    €1,500 (excl. VAT)

    A practical review for SMEs who want a clear view of where they stand from an HR and compliance perspective.

    This service is designed to help business owners identify gaps, reduce risk, and understand what needs attention , without committing to ongoing support.
