Support managers in handling sensitive situations
Stay compliant without over-engineering HR processes
We offer a mix of ongoing HR support, targeted reviews, and fixed-fee project work, depending on what a business actually needs at that point in time

There are times when something arises that needs to be handled properly.
That might be a workplace issue, a performance concern, or a situation that has already escalated further than expected. In these cases, having a clear process and the right approach from the outset makes a significant difference.
We provide support on a fixed-fee basis where the scope is clear, so you know what is involved before anything begins.
Typical areas include workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and redundancy situations, as well as support in putting more structured approaches in place around performance management.
We also support businesses in developing key documentation such as employee handbooks and employment contracts, where there is a need to formalise or update what is currently in place.
As a guide, workplace investigations typically start from €1,500, disciplinary processes from €1,000, and redundancy processes from €2,000 per round. Performance management design and support is generally €1,200, while documentation such as employee handbooks and contracts are scoped based on the level of detail required.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
A fixed quote is confirmed following a short discussion to ensure scope and expectations are clear.

HR Compliance & Risk Review
€1,500 (excl. VAT)
If you have a team in place and haven’t reviewed your HR in a while, there’s a good chance there are gaps you’re not aware of.
Most issues we deal with don’t start as big problems. They tend to build over time, something missed, something informal, or something that didn’t feel urgent.
This review gives you a clear, practical view of where your business stands from a HR and compliance perspective. It looks at what is currently in place, where there may be gaps, and whether anything could expose the business to risk.
In practice, this involves reviewing your key HR documentation, sense-checking your current approach against employment requirements, and identifying any areas that may need attention. The aim is not to overcomplicate things, but to give you a straightforward view of what matters and what can wait.
By the end of the review, you will have a clear understanding of where your business may be exposed, what should be addressed first, and whether any changes are needed.
For most businesses, this is a one-off piece of work that brings clarity and highlights issues that could otherwise become far more costly to deal with later.
There is no obligation to proceed with further services following the review.
